Meet Our Founders
Dr. Celeste Raver
With over a decade as a Chief Operations Officer in Southern California, Dr. Celeste Raver brings a powerful blend of business acumen and behavioral science to leadership development. Holding an MBA from Pepperdine University and a PhD in Organizational Leadership, Celeste is passionate about unlocking potential at every level of an organization. She currently leads leadership development programs at the U.S. Naval Academy, where she has guided over 1,500 faculty, staff, and coaches through transformative experiences.
Dr. Andrew Ledford
A SEAL officer with 30 years of service, Dr. Andrew Ledford has spent the past four years as Chair of the Leadership, Ethics, and Law Department at the U.S. Naval Academy. With a PhD in Sociology from Princeton University, he is a recognized expert in leadership education, grit, and resilience. Andrew's career is defined by his commitment to developing leaders of character and integrity, helping individuals and teams thrive under pressure and navigate complex challenges.
